An acne gel is a concentrated version of the toner which works as a natural blemish treatment correcting skin that is prone to oily or acne. DermAlive is used to help clear dirt from pores by action of its OxSeaGreen ingredient plus aloe, MSM, Basil and Tea Tree Oils.
These ingredients were included in this natural blemish treatment for the following reasons: enzymes and oxygen to help open up the pores and prevent the pores from blocking the normal release of oil from the glands, which leads to pimples. Oxygen also helps destroy the bacteria that causes pimples and redness. Lipase enzymes help with breaking down oily skin and minimizing the blackheads and pimples that represent blocked pores and pores that get closed and swollen. The overall appearance of the skin is improved in due to the action of aloe vera, minerals, oxygen and amino acids which help sooth the skin and reduce redness. MSM is also included to improve the elastic integrity of the skin and help prevent scarring.
