The cause of eczema may be varied but for a great number of individuals it is caused by allergens in our food, medications, environment, skin care ingredients and lifestyle.
The first step to natural eczema treatment is getting off all un- natural skin care products. Skin care ingredients must be without synthetics that the body cannot properly metabolize and may reject the irritatant with an eczema type inflammation response.
