COBALT - Cobalt is a trace mineral nutrient for bacteria. Its only established role in animals is as a component of Vitamin B12. Animals like ruminants (cows) that depend on bacteria for Vitamin B12 require inorganic Cobalt as a nutrient. Only microorganisms are capable of incorporating Cobalt into Vitamin B12. Vitamin B-12 promotes red blood cell synthesis and maintains nervous system integrity.

Which Ionic Mineral Size Should I Buy?
- Comparing the different sizes will determine the biggest bang for your buck.
- The first column provides a breakdown of the concentration of milligrams (mg.) per fluid ounce (fl. oz.) or (mg./fl. oz.) for each size of ionic mineral.
- The (+/-)% column shows the percentage increase in total mineral concentration (ppm) for each product compared to the regular concentration.
- The "mg Total" column shows the total mineral content in milligrams you will receive in each respective product.
- The "Ratio" column lists the ratio of bottles of Ultimate Concentrate Ionic Minerals needed to equal the other respective ionic mineral concentrations listed. For example, a ratio of 1:5 means you must buy 5 bottles of the other concentration to equal the same mineral content of 1 bottle of Ultimate Concentrate. Conversely, a ratio of 1.25:1 means you must buy 1.25 bottles of Ultimate Concentrate to equal 1 bottle of the concentration listed. That would mean 4 bottles of Ultimate Concentrate will give you the same amount of minerals in 3 bottles of that other concentration listed in that line of the table.
- Now just do the math. Multiply the first number in the ratio by the cost of the Ultimate Concentrate and the second number by the cost of the other concentrate listed in that row. You now have cost comparison.
