Our White Kernel Organic Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) is expeller-pressed from fresh, carefully dried coconut kernels whose brown inner skins have been removed. Versatile and delicious with a mild aroma, White Kernel Coconut Oil can be used for stir-frying, sauces, baking and body care. Extensive field research in the tropics shows that people who follow traditional diet high in coconut oil enjoy excellent cardiovascular health. Clinical research confirms that VCO improves blood cholesterol by increasing the ratio of HDL to LCL cholesterol, due in part to saturated medium chain fatty acids (MCT's) such as lauric acid. Our white organic VCO is certified organic and fair trade.
