Vanilla extract
Vanilla planifolia
Derived from vanilla bean; provides natural flavoring and fragrance.

Vanilla fragrance
Proprietary fragrance blend with unique combinations including essential oils and natural perfumes. The natural perfume components are formulated with blends of aroma compounds. These natural aroma compounds may consist of a variety of components isolated from natural materials such as those found in essential oils. The natural perfumes do not contain phthalates or animal byproducts.

Vanilla planifolia fruit extract
Derived from the bean; provides natural flavoring and aroma.

Vegetable cellulose
Derived from vegetable cell walls; thickening and stabilizing in deodorants.

Vegetable emulsifying wax
Derived from cetearyl alcohol (coconut oil derived) and polysorbate (fatty acid derived); used to facilitate the coupling of water-soluble with water insoluble ingredients in formulation.

Vegetable glycerin
Derived from vegetable oil; humectant, emulsifier and skin softener.

Vegetable squalane
Perhydrosqualene
Derived from olives; emollient and soothing properties.

Vitamin A
Retinyl palmitate
Derived from retinol; antioxidant, stimulates skin rejuvenation.

Vitamin B Complex (Folic acid)
Derived from green vegetables; aids cell formation and is an emollient.

Vitamin B Factor (Inositol)
Derived from wheat; protects hair and skin cells against damage from toxins.

Vitamin B Factor (Niacin B3)
Derived from nuts and grains (vitamin B factor); healing and stimulates circulation.

Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid)
Derived from citrus fruit; anti-oxidant and natural preservative.

Vitamin C (Citric acid)
Derived from citrus fruit; natural food grade preservative which maintains proper pH balance in products. Alpha-hydroxy and astringent.

Vitamin C (Ester C) (mineral ascorbates)
Derived from citrus fruits; patented mineral salt of ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) with C metabolites allowing the cellular uptake of Vitamin C within dermal layers.

Vitamin C (L-Ascorbic acid)
Derived from citrus fruit; anti-oxidant and natural preservative.

Vitamin C (Magnesium ascorbyl phosphate)
Magnesium ascorbyl phosphate
Derived from citrus fruits; Readily utilized by the skin cells, this powerful antioxidant promotes circulation, stimulates collagen and elastin production. It is one of the most stable forms of vitamin C and will remain active over the shelf life of the product.

Vitamin D
Derived from lanolin (from trimmed sheep's wool); this essential nutrient promotes healing.

Vitamin E
(Tocopherol): Derived from wheat germ and/or vegetable oils; heals, rejuvenates, softens, soothes and protects.

Vitamin E (D-alpha tocopherol)
Derived from distillation of vegetable fats; used as an antioxidant.

Derived from tocopherol; stabilizer and emulsifier.

Derived from grape seed; the ultimate antioxidant to protect from skin-damaging free radicals.

Grape seed powder
Derived from the seeds; adds texture for gentle exfoliation.

Vitis vinifera (grape) seed oil
Derived from grape seeds; antioxidant and rich in phenols.

Used to repel water, emollient properties.
