Product Description
Water-soluble sulfur is oil in its pure form. It is the flexible bond component that holds your cells together making your skin look good without wrinkles. Before your body can use this form of sulfur, vitamin C must be present.
Because sulfur is extremely noble in its pure form, it is almost impossible to put into a water-soluble form making it scarce in nature. We believe that the oil described in "Lorenzo's Oil" was a water-soluble sulfur base. We also believe our sulfur oil to be the ingredient that repairs the myelin sheath surrounding nerves. Damage to the myelin sheath causes the shaking condition in palsy, multiple sclerosis, Lorenzo's disease and many other diseases, where uncontrollable motor functions exist.
A deficiency in water-soluble sulfur can lead to a variety of conditions to a variety of conditions ranging from skin irritations and rashes to total breakdown of cellular regeneration. For instance, have you ever wondered why your pets like to chew on grass or scratch consistently even though they don't have fleas? These are signs that your pets are deficient in water-soluble sulfur. The consistent scratching is an attempt to relieve the pain caused by a loss of nutritional sulfur. The sulfur provides the flexible bond in the skin tissue, without which the result is dry, brittle skin. Caged birds pull out their feathers for this same reason. You will not find birds in the wild pulling out their feathers. Wild birds can obtain their sulfur from hydrated seeds and other living organisms such as worms.
Nutritional sulfur is necessary in many functions of the body. Insulin production is dependent on sulfur. Sulfur is also an essential component in amino acid composition, which is responsible for construction of proteins and enzymes.
The combination of sulfur and vitamin C has been reported to show great benefits in the relief of arthritis pain, migraine headaches and leg cramping. Individuals have also enjoyed great relief from chronic to severe allergies to house dust, pollen, wool, animal hair, and feathers. Symptoms range from respiratory congestion, inflammation, itching, mucoid discharges and general discomfort.
Water-soluble sulfur is also essential for collagen synthesis in skin, hair and nails. It has been used to soften tissues, relieve stress, asthma, arthritis, inflammation, constipation, Candida albacans, detoxify the body, increase blood circulation, reduce muscle cramps and back pain, heal muscles, increase energy, and increase mental capacity. It has also been widely used to stop urinary tract infections and constipation problems. The benefits of water-soluble sulfur are nearly infinite. Nutritional Sulfur can also be obtained from another great source called MSM or methylsufonylmethane.

Questions on Sulfur Ionic Mineral Water
- From Catherine at 3/6/11 8:20 PM
- Q: Is it safe to use this product for my dog who is always scratching? I've tried changing his food and giving him oatmeal baths, but he still scratches very frequently. What would be the dosage for a 17 pound dog? How would I tackle the Vitamin C requirement for the product to work?
- A: Yes, these products are considered safe for animals. The suggested use for a healthy adult of approximately 150 lbs. is 1 tsp. Therefore, consider just a few drops when doing your weight conversion for any animal.
Regarding vitamin C for dogs, according to R.M. Clemmons, DVM, PhD, Associate Professor of Neurology & Neurosurgery at the Department of Small Animal Clinical Sciences, "Vitamin C supplementation does no harm, since the excess is excreted through the kidney. While dogs produce vitamin C in their bodies (unlike human beings and guinea pigs who must have it in their diet)...," therefore, we suggest consulting with your veterinarian to see if he/she actually recommends additional vitamin C supplementation at this time. - Did you find this question helpful?
