Structured water is different than your normal tap water in
that the two types of water form different crystalline structures.

water destroys the crystalline structure of water found in nature.
Water in nature forms an octacgonal pyramid which contains an
even number of water molecules. Therefore, the Earth's
paramagnetic force creates a low energy magnetic dipole

water only has an average surface tension of 45 dyne. This lowered
surface tension is the result of a highly-ordered structure
of water and the presence of nano-colloidal minerals found in
Hunza water. The importance of this lowered surface tension
