Infants 6 months to 1 yr: (acute) 5 drops, 4x daily* (support & maintenance): 5 drops, 1x per day, every other day
Children 1-12 yrs: (acute) 10 drops, 4x daily* (support & maintenance) 10 drops, 1x per day, every other day
*not to exceed 10 days straight on acute dosage
